How do I set up my online account?

When you placed your order, you'll have received an email from us asking you to set up your online account. It's possible that this email is in your junk mail, so please do check in case it's there.

You need to click on the link in this email to verify your email address and complete your online account creation.

If your account creation link has expired, you can just input your email address to be sent a new one.

If you can’t find this email then we can resend it to you. Simply go to “” and enter the email you used when you purchased your test and we’ll resend the email with the link.

If you've already completed this step (for example you can't remember), a message will appear to let you know the account is already set up.

If this is the case and you don't know what password you would have chosen, please try to login to your account via the 'Forgot Password' route here:

Once you are logged into your account, you will see that you can activate your test(s) under 'Actions' (you may need to scroll down on the web page).
