Having trouble activating my kit. Tracking number not recognised.

If you're trying to activate your kit but your Royal Mail tracking number isn’t being accepted, here are a few things to check:

  • Your tracking number should end in "GB" - it often starts with "ZL" or a similar combination.
  • Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the number when entering it.

If the system still doesn’t accept your tracking number:

  1. Select the option “I’m not returning my sample by post” during activation.
  2. Then, email us to provide your tracking number and we’ll add it for you.
