If you're trying to activate your kit but your Royal Mail tracking number isn’t being accepted, here are a few things to check:
- Your tracking number should end in "GB" - it often starts with "ZL" or a similar combination.
- Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the number when entering it.
If the system still doesn’t accept your tracking number:
- Select the option “I’m not returning my sample by post” during activation.
- Then, email us to provide your tracking number and we’ll add it for you.
