Help! I entered the wrong information when I activated my test, can I change it?

Don't worry, if you have entered any wrong information during your test activation (for example, you realise you put today's date instead of your date of birth), the laboratory will use the information on your paper request form and the sample label to record your test details. You won't need to re-enter the information and you don't need to contact us about this.

If, for any reason, the laboratory has a problem with your sample, we will get in touch with you to sort it.
