Coaching is a cohesive relationship between you and your coach as you discover and develop personal goals and action steps to live better for longer.
In our 12 week course, you and your coach will co-explore the topics, challenges, concerns, changes and successes of health and wellness through one on one weekly coaching sessions. The approach will be to utilise your strengths and values alongside coaching strategies to build and develop healthy habits and create lasting change. Between sessions, you’ll receive personalised daily motivational messages, tools and informational resources that empower exploration of new strategies and paths to better health.
Weekly coaching sessions are 30 minutes and will be conducted remotely via Zoom. You can arrange session dates and times with your coach through our convenient appointment system.
