I've changed my mind, can I have a refund for my order?

You have up to 14 calendar days from the day after we confirm acceptance of your order by email to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If your order's been despatched already, you'll be required to provide the unique kit ID(s) associated with your test kit(s) to receive your full refund.

Refunds won't be given for requests made after 14 calendar days from the day after we confirm acceptance of your order. 

To receive a refund please let us know:

  1. Your order ID - you can find this in your order confirmation email
  2. The unique kit ID number on each kit. (You'll need to wait until your kits arrive to provide us with this information)

If you'd like to proceed with a refund please submit a request with the order ID and a list of the kit IDs and we'll be happy to process it for you, it takes 5-10 working days for your refund to be credited to your account.
